From your observation what should have been undertaken differently and why?


From my observation, the thing that really needs to be undertaken knows team ideas. The problem that seems in my group is lack of commitment and need the commitment comes from motivation. In a group, of course, they are some members that feel lazy due to lack of motivation. Therefore, the good motivation among the team can build the good ideas and productivity of project. The ideas also shows the teams are creative and thinking together to create something different and unique than the others. For example company did is USL Education, after they discovered that some of the child need to learn while playing is important to take the action to create the product. Therefore, the founder which is the leader of company give the motivation to the employees about give something benefits to the kids in our life and motivate the employees to create the new products to children play and learnt. Every group a member needs to have motivation to keep finished the assignment. 

Good teamwork structures provide the teamwork with a diversity of thought, creativity, perspectives, opportunities, and problem-solving approaches. A best team environment allows individuals to brainstorm collectively, which in turn increases their successes to problem solve and arrive at solutions more efficiently and effectively.




Next, the point is time management. There are problems of time management between group’s members. An effective work team recognizes the importance of monitoring the team itself and the way in which it is working. Understanding something of good time management need to take a serious to make the objectives is achieves on time because we have plan the Gantt chart to follow the plan punctually. Allocating time and energy to understanding and managing relationships is an important investment. Responsibility for monitoring projects is not invested in the team leader alone. to improve the productivity in time management is  It is shared among members, although some will be more competent than others. Time management can affected the quality of assignments and any works. We, as the group members will try our best to use the leisure time well and do productive things. 

During the time management, we do a calculation for one day's time and be aware of time is really important and no matter how you spend your time, it still will go over. Therefore, a good time management can help the team members reducing stress, gaining time and reducing avoidance. Another advantage is managing time will helps us to stay motivated. A good start from how the team members arrange their time, the time management is really a important session for making the task. During the teamwork study, some team member not in stay in hostel, then the team should choose one leadership to lead to use creativity to match. The different person works in the team help us understand how teamwork's important and suitable use it will have a good result.


Moreover, the point is built self-efficiency. Every and each of group members needs to have responsibility in themselves in order to finish the assignment before the due date given by our lecturer. If an team members feels uneasy about his role on the team, consider pairing him with a high-performing peer. This strategy can help boost the self-confidence of an employee who has not yet achieved self-efficacy, an individual’s judgment of his or her ability to successfully complete a chosen task. Team members’ self-efficacy will affect the choices they make when working on a task, as well as their tasks is finished with successfully. The self-efficiency beliefs influence the physiological experience of stress. Individuals with lower levels of self-efficacy may experience a more intense physiological stress reaction in the face of challenges than those who have higher levels of self-efficacy. This in turn can affect their performance on the task and the degree to which they persevere in the face of the challenge. Therefore, the team members need to advice the team members and sustain the effort she or he face. The positive words is important to she or he.

What was the quality of the final presentation?


For our final presentation of pitch perfect, we have prepared before the presentation. We also have done our best during the presentation. We also make sure every and each of us is ready to present and know the content of the slides, so, that is why we have did some training the day before the presentation day. We have divided our task and together understand what will be present. The content of the slides we make sure to follow the step giving by advisor and easily to audience understand when reading. We also do the demonstration how to use the product in front of audience. During the presentation, we also ask the audiences whether they understand the contents that we already delivered. We also make sure this because we want our objective is achieved. The audience on that day who are our friends give feedbacks that our presentation is good and different from others with our unique product. Our audiences said that our prototype is suitable for kids and look innovations product. We are so happy to hear that. Overall, the quality of our final presentation was great!


During the good presentations, I learn how to make a good presentation. To do a good effective presentation, firstly need to formulate strategy for specific audience, secondly to develop a clear structure, thirdly, support the points with evidence. Then combine the ideas with an enhancing presentation style. To do better, we must good preparation and practice, practice and practice. A good presentation is very useful in my life, obviously, it is a useful session in my study.
 

Did the team work well together or was it dysfunction? How was the Dysfunctional eventually managed, if at all?


The absence of trust is happen in our team. However, this occurs when team members are reluctant to be not trust with one another and are unwilling to admit their mistakes, weaknesses, or need for help. Without a certain comfort level among team members, a foundation of trust is not possible.
Therefore, we set the good example by asking for help from team members, admitting our own weaknesses and limitations and be the first to own up to a mistake. These habits will become normal for us now and the team will begin to build the trust. We have set the planning to team members that can commit to this project successfully. Without conflict, it is difficult for team members to commit to decisions. 
            According to the Jessica Zartler, "If you’re not the leader of the team, find a way to get your leader committed to addressing the dysfunctions. Or be prepared to take risks calling people on unproductive behaviors". 

Moreover, the next problems is our one of group members is absence for 2 weeks an above and have the emcee. So that, we only three members try to done the good commitment to this assignment however the one of our members is cannot contribute. We trying to manage time correctly and done the task fair. We continue on time as planning and Suhaili also help us in make the budget and help done the assignment event Suhaili hard to come meeting has been set.  The solution in order to solve this problem for my group is we always communicate to informed the information to all members. We also together share the money to buy the file, spend in printing and others things for prototype project.
