How Did The Team Function?

For Electronic Eva Foam groups, we try to achieve anything with teamwork. Each individual on the team must share the same goal. This is one of the reasons purposes of the work. If everyone on the team shares the same idea, then we try to commit successfully in this assignment. We take the assignment as a serious task as we want to do our best for this assignment. Every person of the team has their different attitude, creativity and ability to fulfil the assignment task well. Every person has different understand to contribute to this project. We started think the idea together to innovate the product of Eva Foam. We used real Eva Foam for prototype and create the pitch perfect for presentation.

Every step of pitch perfects us thinking, we together will commit to achieve the objectives of this innovations product. The commitment of team members is important for us because this works cannot be done alone as it is group work. Opinion or decision from team member is important to keep the team functioning and to achieve the goals of project. We have made a meeting to discuss about the task from assignment 1 and 2. We together try to have same understanding about this project f what makes a project successful. If everyone is on the same page about what it takes to be successful, then no one will feel like the project is incomplete once the team stops working.
