The level of interaction between teams is online tools
instead of meeting. According to Mckinsey & Company, 70% are spending their
time in online such as apps in smartphone. Therefore, we using WhatsApp group
for informing the information. This level of communication allows we to
centralize whole projects in one place, allowing every member of the team to
access the information quickly and easily. It eliminates the need for backwards
and forwards emails, plus decreases the amount of meetings. Your team can click
on the status report, upload pertinent information and communicate directly
with colleagues and so much more. The end result is better communication, saved
time and increased productivity.
I also have identified that our group can related with Honey's Theory. Honey's Theory has been built by Peter Theory. Peter Theory developed Belbin's theory. He has presented his own 5 layered framework. Based on this theory, for the first one is leader. Leader is someone who directs a group. Syafiqah as our leader groups, the leader one is Sharifah. At the first when we get Assigment 1, she is the one who is making an urgent meeting to continue discuss about our assignment. She also has the leader aura where she loves to give motivation to other group members to make sure we achieve our goals which is finishing the assignment well. She also the one who gives guidance and clear aims for our group. During the time we make assignment 1, she also the one who asks another member whether we are doing okay or not, or have any problems. If any members have problems, she will help her.
In addition, the thinker. Atifah and Suhaili is suitable with this position. It is because, she always be the one who considers each aspect carefully. She is willing to take a step back in order to analyse each aspect of the work because the attention is only to improve it. Both of them are really hard working and trying to achieves the correct path of planning in this project. Atifah is the one who when we finished our work, she will be the one who will read our part of assignment and said to us if anything she does not like about how we write our part of assignment or anything else.
