From my observation, the thing that really needs to be
undertaken knows team ideas. The problem that seems in my group is lack of
commitment and need the commitment comes from motivation. In a group, of
course, they are some members that feel lazy due to lack of motivation.
Therefore, the good motivation among the team can build the good ideas and
productivity of project. The ideas also shows the teams are creative and thinking
together to create something different and unique than the others. For example
company did is USL Education, after they discovered that some of the child need
to learn while playing is important to take the action to create the product. Therefore,
the founder which is the leader of company give the motivation to the employees
about give something benefits to the kids in our life and motivate the
employees to create the new products to children play and learnt. Every group a
member needs to have motivation to keep finished the assignment.
